General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
inflammation of stitches, with pus at some spots suggest infection of skin.Inflammation is a normal body reaction to bacterial attack, when bacterias are stronger, pus formation starts.
It is treated by antibiotics along with anti inflammatory drugs & vitamin B, C to support healing.
If pus collection starts it needs to be dressed after expressing pus/ removal of stitch/ incision -if an abscess/ removal of debris from the abscess.
The medicines given to you are good. With the pus collection, meet your doctor for dressings, if he thinks it needful after examining the stitches.
Thanks.
