What Causes Infertility?

I got married in january this year about 6 months ago.we had unprotected sex everyday during her fertile window but still she is not pregnant.my bro in law married 2months later than me and her wife got pregnant in that month only please help we are very worried

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Conception is a complex process .. wherein many things guided by hormonal stimuli-need to occur at a perticular time for success.
Every couple dreams of a child after marraige at some or other span of life.But we see that few people can acheive it immediately &others may take a longer time -that does not mean thst something is defecient in other couple. Actually when a couple lives togather for a full year (with an unprotected sex)...&there is no conception then only there is possibility of problem.&then both sex partners are investigzatedto find out cause of the obstaclefollowed by specific treatment.
You need not be discouraged due to no +ve result whereas your brother in law was successful in the venture.
Be patient , optimitic&happy. Enjoy married lifeshe will get pregnant in due time.
If at all you are very much tence... get her ovulation study &your semen analysis done ( after
3 days abstinence).. when both the reports are normal nothing to worry about till you cross your 1st anneversary.
