What Causes Infected Lump On Scrotum?

Hello, I am 25 years old and have had a history of polanydal cyst but recently have developed a large cyst on the inner crevice of my thigh where it touches my scrotum and also a cyst on my scrotum where it touches my thigh. The one on my thigh has began to reduce in size after I squeezed a lot of brownish fluid out of it however the one on my scrotum has grown to almost the size of my testicle and become very painful. It also is filled with a foul odored bloody fluid. Could this be another similar type of cyst and what would be the actions a doctor would take?

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Boil in groin Crevices of thigh with Scrotal Boil with ?Abscess.
Scrotal lump,Seems to be similar type of the lump,spread out from the groin Boil.Bloody fluid with foul odor suggests early developing Boil,as the pus is yet to form.
Actions expected from doctor-
Check out Urine and blood for Sugar- to rule out the diabetes,which needs to be ruled out.
Inj-TT,if these boils are after Shaving
Antibiotics and NSAIds Orally x 5 days
Dressings locally.
Surgical Drainage from Surgeon -if need be.
If recurs,check out with Doctor, for Second Opinion from dermatologist,to rule out other causes.
