A cyst is a surgical issue and occurs when a sweat pore is blocked by dirt or dead skin cells. This will cause the sweat to accumulate in the pore and cause infection there. The tension increases and then there is pain and swelling. You should see a Surgeon to confirm the cause. The surgeon will remove the cyst by performing a incision and drainage.
