What Causes Increased Pulse Rate, Headache And Shortness Of Breath?

My pulse is 190 standing 155 sitting. I'm dizzy headache sweating and a general feeling of tiredness and shortness of breath. I'm 32 years old and weigh 118 lbs. Should I go to the ER or just lie down and try to let it pass. It has been going on for a litle over an hour

Hi,

If it is the first time and your resting heart rate usually is normal, then it is better to refer to ER and perform an ECG.
