Hi, I M Dr.Kumarbhargav
Consultant Pathologist
I understood your health concern,
Looking to your profile you are having heavy bleeding with large left ovary 23.13 cm3, normally which should not be more than 4x3x2 cm.
It seems you have dysfunctional uterine bleeding. you should be evaluated for enlarged ovary, which is most likely to be benign ovarian cyst or corpus luteal cyst in your case, which needs to be confirmed by sonography.
Also you should have few tests done like Complete blood count with differentials and urine analysis to exclude any underlying infection.
After such tests we can think of your hormonal profiling to guide us cause of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
So proceed systematically.
Thanks for contacting health care magic,
Take care.
