What Causes Inability To See Properly Through Pinhole?

I had eye exam and I could see well through pinhole but was unable to see without it. Then I had a surgery, when I went for follow up I could see some without the pinhole but none with pinhole. The surgeon wouldn t answer my question and just kept on saying don t worry about that. Would you please explain to me why?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having difficulty in reading through the pin hole.
This is usually seen in refractive errors. The problem of difficulty to see through the pin hole is seen diseases affecting the central part of the eye as in central corneal or lens opacity and in diseases of the macula.
Please provide me more details regarding the surgery so that I can advice you more accurately.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
