What Causes Improper Bowel Movements With Mucus In Them?

Hi Doctor,I have improper stools for the past 4 months. I had a miscarriage four months ago and from then onwards I have been suffering this problem. For the last one month sometimes I see mucus in my stools. I have been using an ayurvedic/herbal medicine every night before going to sleep which helps in bowel movement every morning. If I don’t take the medicine I would not have stools. Please suggest me a good medicine. Thanks !
