What Causes Impaired And Violent Thoughts With Confusion?

For as long as I can remember I have had a very active and analytic mind. sometimes I can dive excessively deep into a single thought, farther than I think most normaleople would. Other times I have multiple thoughts at once and I feel like my mind is crowded. i get bored easily when people talk to me and my mind often resorts to inappropriate or sometimes even violent thoughts of the person I m talking to. What s wrong with me?
