Pediatrician 's  Response
There is a condition which we call as 'shock' which is characterised by reduced circulation and often occurs in cases of infective fever. It is manifested by cold extremities. Visit a doctor, get him examined and get the blood tests done. Anitbiotics are probably essential in such a case. If fever is not controlled by paracetamol, you can try Meftal P which contains mefenamic acid which is more effective in reducing the temperature.
