What Causes Hyponatremia After Taking Ditide And Dytor?

My mother who is 65 yrs old was taking cilacar T for last 2 years , there was swelling in her ankle so the doctor suggested ditide or dytor for her swelling. After taking for a month she recently had low blood sodium, potassium levels, which medicines can be the cause of this hyponatremia?

ditide is cause Electrolyte imbalance being a diuretic it can lower sodium and potassium level. this can not be taken for a long time. if required then there should be constant monitouring of electrolyte level. if lower then supplement can be given for balancing.
