What Causes Hunger Pain For A Week?

Here goes. I've been having hunger pains for about a week or two now. Im very frightened as I've had such pains before and it turned out to be a gastric lymphoma. Remoel of 50% of my stomach and chemothaerapy. 2005. Please help or reassure me.

I really appreciate your concern, if the lymphoma being treated successfully then it is nothing to worry because the symptoms of hunger pain is physiological and it may not be due to any disease, of course you had lymphoma but it may not be confirmed with hunger pain only, it could have been abdomen pain but may not be due to hunger.
I would advise you to just forget about this, and if this ever disturbance then you will have to go for test, that is the only option you have to get this confirm or rule out. But in my opinion it may not be the case.
