What Causes Hot Flashes With Difficulty During Urination?

I have I have moderate pain in both feet after sleeping or prolonged periods of sitting as well as brittle toenails. Additional symptoms include periodic sweating/hot flashes and difficulty to fully evacuate while urinating. I am a 51 year old man, 5'11" approximately 180 lbs. Is this an indication of some underlying disease? Thank you for time and consideration.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not be due to any disease but it could be just musculoskeletal condition and it can be well managed with Tab Acetaminophen as per needed but more important is to come out of the stress if you ever have it, try some relaxation therapy, hope this information helps.
