What Causes Hot Flashes In Case Of Vestibular Paresis?

hello, I am a 68-year-old woman who has been diagnosed with Vestibular paresis. I have been doing quite well but have suddenly started with a bout. I have the usual dizziness, not quite as bad as before, and I can hear my eyes moving, also not as bad as before. However, I am having very heavy hot flashes that are coming quite often. I have taken hormones for approximately 25 years. I have tried to go off them many times without success. I went off of them and have tried the last three months to do without. I just don t know whether the hot flashes are part of the Vestbular paresis, or if I am needing to go back on hormonal therapy. My specialist has given me a new nasal spray. Is the sweating common with vestibular paresis, and is a nose spray enough. I am absolutely miserable.
