What Causes Hot Flashes And High Body Temperature?

Hi my name is Skye, I am 22 years old, female and I have had some odd things happening with my body as of the last two weeks or so. First off I usually run a temp of 94.8. but the last week that i have been monitoring it it has been 100 even though i feel completely fine. I have been having very odd hot flashes that are very unlike me as well as a high level of fatigue and increased sex drive. My breasts are very sensitive and the nipples seem to be much darker than normal. My breasts also feel heavier and look a little bigger as well. My Fiance and I are trying to conceive but its only been about two and a half weeks since we started trying. is it possible to be pregnant and be having symptoms this early? I am using an app called Ovia Fertility to track my symptoms and everything and it says i should be testing here in the next week but my main concern is my temperature. if it isnt pregnancy what could it possibly be? please help me, any suggestions are welcome. i just want an opinion before i head to the doctor. Thank You!!!

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, your symptoms point to the possibility of conception. Temperature rise of about half to one degree more than the normal is observed during ovulation and this persists if conception has occurred. However, higher temperatures can be seen when there is an illness which needs to be excluded. To clarify, you can get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres ten days after the last intercourse or not earlier than a week prior to the onset of the next period. Hope this helps.
