What Causes Hot Flashes And Dizziness In A 51 Year Old Woman?
Hi I am a 51 yr old female, moderately active. I've been feeling lightheaded, dizzy at times and sometimes I feel an overwhelming rush of a hot flash. This has been going on for 3 days. I have not gone to any doctor for these symptoms. Should I consider this very urgent and go to hospital.

According to your age you must be going through premenopausal or menopausal hormonal changes which may be causing hot flashes and such symptoms. Kindly consult your gynaecologist as she may ask for investigations - sex hormonal levels in the bood along with thyroid profile.
