Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
The symptoms you described are suggestive for a large number of pathologies but the most common one is thyroid disfunction.
I would suggest to check thyroid hormones:
-TSH,FT4 and FT3
-A thyroid and neck ultrasound would help also determine the nature of the lymphnodes that you have noticed.

Do not hesitate to attach the results for a second opinion.

Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
