Hi welcome to HCM,
The blood pressure in your case is too high.patients with stroke are expected to maintain the blood pressure below 130/80 mm of hg.High blood pressures can worsen all three angina, copd and stroke symptoms.Prompt reduction of blood pressure is needed to control such complications.A hole in the heart can be diagnosed in the adults occasionally ,this can most likely be an ASD type(atriventricular septal defects). This needs therapy only when excess blood pressure develops in the lungs which could be feature.until then it requires no therapy.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
