What Causes Hoarse Voice Along With Redness In Throat?

Well. I have had a cold for longer than a week & I have : headaches,runny nose,nausea, and sore throat. As my cold passes, My throat has been getting hoarse. I have a dry cough. I recently took a picture of my throat & it is red. The roof of my mouth is also yellow.

I really appreciate your concern, such condition could be due to some allergic condition, but secondary infection need to be ruled out too, in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Loratadine with pseudoephedrine twice in day" if the condition is not responding then it may need antibiotic but some investigation may be necessary to confirm the infection, hope this information helps, take care.
