whats your age? height? weight?
are you take any sort of medication?
anyhow,
increase in the level of
liver enzymes reflect an
INJURY to the Liver. medically, the condition is know as "Hepatitis".
slightly elevated should NOT be concerning but a level more than 2 times the upper limit should be evaluated.
your viral serology is negative but did you get a "Lipid Profile" test.
- abstinence from "Alcohol and drugs"
- very LOW or fat free diet should be followed for couple to few weeks
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports).
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day
-recheck liver enzymes after 2 to 4 weeks.
- reduce weight if overweight
wish you good health.
