Hello and nwelcome to HCM, Increased number of red blood cells occurs in a condition called polycythemia. The other symptoms mentioned by you- headache, dizzy spells and blurred vision are characteristic of polycythemia. However, exact diagnosis can be made after clinical assessment and relevant investigations. Increased number of white blood cells is seen in case of infections. The differential count showing reactive lymphocytes is suggestive of viral infection. If there is history of fever, there are chances of viral infection.
