Hello Ma'am

After reading your medical details I would like to assure you that your heart rate as well as your Blood pressure are well within the normal recommended limits. You need not worry for that.
It's advisable that you should follow healthy lifestyle habits like
1. Going for a walk for 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.
2. Avoid junk and canned food and deep fried items
3. Stop smoking (if you do )
4. Include green vegetables and fruits in your daily routine diet.
5. Stay happy and stressential free.

I wish you good health
