What Causes High Heart Rate With Blood Pressure?

I'm 27 and my blood pressure was 150 over 100 with a heart rate of 156. I had just walked into the living room from another room, wasn't really stressed or excited. My pulse has been getting higher and higher for months now. (About a year ago, it was at 110 and before that it was 80-100 normally.) My blood pressure is normally fairly low. Is there something wrong with me?
