What Causes High Fever, Nausea And Rapid Heart Rate?

Hx of AFL 2005/2009 HELLP. been sick for 5 days high fevers, nausea, rapid heart rate pain in upper rt abdomen chest pressure went to ED for EKG/cardio work up incase. Was thought I had UTI ruled out. was told I have Virus to go home and rest. just looked at my labs on line- )Plt 118, RBC 5.5, lymphs 50, CI 109,SGOT/AST 60,SGPT/ALT 82, D DIMER QUANTATIVE 2.05. they told me nothing came out abnormal

You have high grade fever with nausea and pain rt upper quadrant of abdomen.there are few possibilities for that ..This may be because of hepatitis . Hepatic abscess rt lower lobe pneumonia cholecystitis cholangitis subdiaphramatic abscess etc. your blood work is normal you need an x ray chest and ultrasound .x ray to look for chest and ultrasound for hepatobiliary system.but there is no substitute of detail history and physical examination . So you must consult your physician and work according to his advice . Hope this will help.
