General & Family Physician 's  Response
Typhoid fever is very resistant kind of fever. As you has been using ciprofloxacin (Ciplox) and its effects are not seen. It is probable that the bacterium has become resistant to ciprofloxacin. There are other antibiotics used for resistant cases.
Advice
1.     Complete bed rest
2.     Ceftriaxone 1 grams twice daily intravenously for 14 days
3.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
4.     Drink plenty of fluids to keep hydrated
5.     Investigations
a.     blood culture for salmonella typhi
b.     Complete blood count
c.     Blood hemoglobin percentage
If fever does not resolve with above treatment then go to hospital for further intensive care.
