General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to health care magic.
High grade fever such as 105 indicates that it could be infection could be viral or bacterial.
Condition known as acute tonsilitis which means inflammation of tonsils, but for confirmation requires local examination by ENT doctor.
Would advice you to do a blood test-haemogram for confirming if there is infection and follow up with ENT doctor with lab reports.

Thanks and regards.
