What Causes High Fever Along With Seizure And Fatigue?

I was.in my doctors Office for a check up because i had a fever of 103.4 with ibeprofin and it lasted about 15 hours and when she was trying to Examen me i had a seizer and whent unconshus for about five minuts and wgen i was counchus i could not mive my body i have not medicle history of seizers what do you think could have caused this?

Fever associated with Seizures usually point towards Brain Infections ( like Encephalitis ). It could be due to Bacteria or Virus .

The other possibilities are :

1. Low blood sugars : can occur especially during fever due to high metabolism.

2. Low Blood sodium levels :

3. Seizure Disorder : Like epilepsy . Though you don't have any history this could be the first episode .

My advise to you is consult a physician or Neurologist and get through evaluation for all the conditions mentioned above . You require certain special test like CSF fluid analysis, EEG and MRI Brain.
