What Causes High Fever Along With Cold Sweats And Vomiting?
My wife has been very sick for about 7 days with cold sweats, high fever, (We live in Northern Cal. where it has been over 100 degrees for weeks), nausea and vomiting. She can t sleep and has occaisional tingling in her fingers and toes. Her BP has been averaging about 106/61. She cannot find relief. PLEASE help. /thank you

Most probable reason of such symptoms is an infection of upper digestive tract due to bacteria. As it lasts for a long time (7 days) she needs to consult a doctor. Antibiotic treatment seems necessary.
Tingling seems to be caused by ions deficiency. And dehydration is very probable as well.
