Hi.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
When a woman has a high level of testosterone in her body, she can be unable to release eggs from their follicles in the ovaries.
Most common cause of high testerone level is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Other causes can include Adrenal Disease, Diabetes etc.

First of all your weight increase should be stopped. Dietary management of weight loss should be done.
Your doctor has prescribed you metformin and crisanta tablet which are good. Crinsta tablet will help you fight against PCOS & metformin will fight against weight increase.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hope this information helps.
