What Causes High Diastolic Along With Low Systolic Blood Pressure?

Hello. I have history of Migraine - since I was 12. @40yrs. I ve had headache for 3-4 days now - not uncommon. I ve felt very exhausted, short of breath, weak, nauseated, no appetite, aching muscles. I went to pre-op appt yesterday - having carpal tunnel on 2/18. My Blood Pressure was 179/45. they were not alarmed - said it was due to headache. My knowledge tells me that top is HIGH and lower is LOW -- Is this really not alarming? I thought the disparage between the two was also a concern. I m confused....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the migraine then it is the functional kind of disease more or less it could give some other symptoms too, stop thinking weird, control your thoughts, do not try to differentiate the terms on your own, it makes you more panic hope this information helps.
