What Causes High Blood Pressure?

I was diagnosed with moderate lvh last on my echo last week. In 2010 i had mild lvh My blood pressure is well controlled with 4 pills- 110/60. I do have higher bps in the early am- 155/60. Is this serious and what can I do to reverse this- if that is possible. Thank you, Dr.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is essential hypertension then you need to have the medicine for life time but some time with changing the life style from the grass routed level and with the mental ease the medicine can be avoided and with this chances of becoming normotensive is just likely, take care and have nice day.
