What Causes High Blood Pressure?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Why does my blood pressure rise for no good reason? I can be sitting in my easy chair and all of a sudden my BP will go up to an all time high. Seems like it starts in the middle of my body and just rises and makes me feel really strange. What's up?
