What Causes High Blood Pressure?
My blood pressure has been high between(136/89 to 156/102) recently.I am on 7.5mg of ramipril.Getting very concerned now as seems to be raised majority of the time.Heart disease & stroke runs high in my family.Blood pressure has been high for over 6-7 months.

I really appreciate your concern some time single drug may not controlled the blood pressure and second molecule need to be added or some new drug would be necessary but for all of this you have to see the physician because this may need some information of age, gender, and clinical examination and tests, this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care.
