Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Your blood pressure seems to be fluctuated. You need a blood pressure medicine which will control blood pressure for 24 hrs.
My advice to you is -

1. Ask your doctor to do 24 hrs ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, it will give you proper idea how your blood pressure is fluctuating and at what time medication can be added.

2 . Regular daily walking, Dailly consume fruits and fruit juice will help to control blood pressure on Longterm.

3 . Ask your doctor to do your kidney profile, thyroid profile, lipid profile and sugar levels.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
