What Causes High Blood Pressure With An Eye Area Pulsing Pressure?

For several days I have had a pulsing pressure just to the right of my nose/inferior to my right eye. About a month ago I came down with a cold which later hit my sinuses hard (unusual for me). When my sinuses finally started to clear I noticed this pulsing and so I thought it was a residual symptom of some sort. Coincidentally, I had a checkup with my doctor the day after this started and my BP was 138/77 - I have always been at 110-115 / 70-75. I am a 48 y/o female taking bupoprion for anxiety and have a family history of stroke. I am freaking out.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello! Thank you for you question! Regarding your concern I would like to lighten your anxiety and to assure that your complains have nothing to do with stroke. They are compatible with sinusitis (sinus inflammation); so the very first think to do is to perform a sinus X ray, a complete blood count test and blood PCR to exclude any relapses or inappropriate treated sinusitis.
If sinusitis is excluded probably you have to rule out trigeminal neuralgia so discuss after that wit ha neurologist.
Hope to have been helpful. Greetings.
