What Causes High Blood Pressure And Headache?

Hi. I have a bp of 156/104. Usually take bp meds but have not taken in about a week. As I see the doctor next week for a refill. I had a severe headache for three days that finally went away for 24 hours today I woke up with a mild headache but I feel tired a little weak and slightly dizzy. Really not myself. Foggy kind off. Some mild numbness in my face but I get that post migraine at times. Should I be worried or rest for a bit more and try the bp again

Hi,
You have Arterial Hypertension, which can't be cured it treated with medication, which you should take every day to control your blood pressure.
You haven't taken your medication for several days and your BP have raised again. Your complains are due to your elevated BP.
So you should start to take your medications again

Wish you good health
