Even though you have history of cancer in your family still this doesn t mean that elevated WBCs or other symptoms you are having are occurring due to cancer. Elevated WBC counts occurs mostly in infections especially chronic infections. You have fever also which also points towards some infectious cause. The body weakness, fever, chest pains etc symptoms along with raised leukocytes could be occurring due to some infection and need proper evaluation. Visit a physician for evaluation and help. Medicines like Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen etc can be used for relief of fever and pain. If raised WBCs and fever occurred due to infection then antibiotic therapy might be needed.
