hi, Welcome to Health Care Magic , and thanks for posting your query . Congratulations on the pregnancy and i understand your concern over the increased heart rate. During 2nd and 3rd trimester the heart rate increases by 25% and its quite normal what you are facing. The normal range for a healthy person (not pregnant) is 60-100 heart beats per minute, anything more is considered as tachycardia. And to have sinus tachycardia when you are carrying is normal , but to be on the safer side i suggest you to consider getting an ECG done along with a thyroid profile test which will help us rule out other causes. Otherwise you should not be worried as much , Try some relaxing exercises which is good for the baby too.
Hope this helps, and answers your query satisfactorily.Write back to me if you have further queries.
Wish you good health and a safe delivery. Take good care
