What Causes High BP With Headaches?

hello. My BP has been running about 160/90 for the last couple of days, and I have been having headaches. I m normally on Losartin, but misplaced it and missed taking it on Saturday & Sunday. I have taken it the last 2 days. I am assuming that my missing it for a couple of days is what is causing the high BP, but is it something I need to act on immediately, or wait and see if it regulates now that I am back on the Losartin?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you suddenly stop BP medications like angiotensin recptor blocker Losartan you will get a unusual shoot up of BP.It will be dangerous for organs. As your BP remains still high you need to do a further consultation with your doctor to increase the dosage of Losartan. You should get a regular check of BP morning and evening also.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
