General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
From the history given it seems that increased dietary salt intake could be responsible for the high BP. Besides, other factors such as stress, sedentary life styles, etc might also contributed to uncontrolled BP. My advise is consult your doctor for proper evaluation and to rule out other causes of uncontrolled BP and to adjust the dose of Lisinopril or to add another BP lowering medication such as Hydrochlorothiazide to enhance the BP lowering effect.
In addition to the above you must restrict your dietary salt intake, avoid stress and anxiety and do regular exercise. Hope this will help.
A feed back is appreciated.
