What Causes Hemorrhoids And Diarrhea?
Hi- does a positive fecel occult blood test mean I have cancer? I have hemoroids and had diarrhea but is better now. The color is milk chocolate. All blood work came back normal. No anemia and cbc count was normal. I m having very bad anxiety attacks over this. I am female and 47. Good health generally. I also have a slightly low thyroid- which I m getting a t4 test done. Please make me feel better

No , not necessarily.A Positive test means you had some blood in your stool. It could be from many things from hemorrhoids to colitis or polyps. Of course it could be an indication of something serious such as cancer so you should see your doctor who may recommend you for a colonoscopy if you haven't had one recently
