What Causes Hematuria With Cramps?

Hi, I was drinking alcohol for about a week straight and I woke up yesterday morning with a cramp in my side. I must admit, I barely drink any water or cranberry juice. I took two aspirins yesterday to take away the pain. Later in the evening I noticed there was blood in my urine. There's no blood in my stool. I don't feel pain anymore. Can you tell me what could have possibly caused this?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user , hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* indicates urinary infection ( due to dehydration induced by alcohol & less
oral intake giving rise to altered urinary pH )
* drink plenty of liquids ( not alcohol ) as lemon juice , coconut water ,
green tea , coffee , butter milk etc . around 4-5 liters a day
- cranberry sachets or liquid with organic citrus fruits also support
- in our clinic , according to clinical severity assessment we recommend
urinary microscopy with complete blood counts & prescribe necessary
antibiotics , urinary alkalisers to cure it faster
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for any further assistance .
