What Causes Hematoma At Blood Withdrawal Site Along With Dizziness?

My daughter had blood drawn yesterday. She developed a hematoma and had to ice the spot. It went down but her arm was still sore. Last night she got very dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous. She turned bright red and got very hot. Today she is sore all over, fatigued and she feels as if she has a bladder infection. This is the second time this has happened. The first was after donating blood. What could be causing this?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this the thrombophlebitis then this need to be watched for infection, other symptoms might be due to watched the blood and she might not be comfortable around the blood watching, bladder infection may not be the cause, on precaution basis antibiotic can be administered and best option would be Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid, hope this information helps, take care.
