What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Medical Abortion?

I had a medical abortion just over 3 months ago and had the implant straight after, I was bleeding very heavy after that for weeks got checked out and they said everything was fine, I m still bleeding now lightly everyday I m wondering if there is anything I can do and if it will stop?

hi healthcare magic user, if on sonography their is nothing inside uterus and still spotting is persistent please get repeat ultrasound pelvic with color Doppler done.
Is their any history of fever?
please get complete blood count done.
If their is minimal spotting don't worry about it.
