What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

I am having vaginal bleeding after having intercourse, I was told it might just be my period but i have already had my period twice in the last three weeks. It doesn't seem like a normal period either and it is very heavy bleedong, there is always a lot of blood when I go to the bathroom. I missed my birth control pills yesterday also and I'm not having any other symptoms. Could it just be a normal period happening again?

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any cervical pathology. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of heavy bleeding. Hope it helps.
