What Causes Heavy Sweating And Shaking?

My husband is schizophrenic , some times he is shaking his legs and arms in his sleep, also he sweats alot during night time, he wore only cotton based t shirt and trouser and his body become wet in such a cold weather. Is this cause any effect on him?
