What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Along With Abdominal Cramps And Fatigue?

HI, my 20 year old daughter has not had a period in 6 months and just started last week. She has been bleeding heavily since Saturday (about 1 pad/hour), lots of cramping pain, fever, general aches/pain, very weak and tired. She said she is now about 90 mins to 2 hours per pad. I am a little concerned, but don t want to take her in if not necessary.

Thanks for choosing hcm
I read your daughters problem and understood it completely
I would suggest that you immediately take her to the doctor as she is bleeding too heavily. She would be advised injection transamine or if possible capsule transamine will be equally good.moreover her haemoglobin levels need to be checked and supplements for blood production need to be started so contact nearby doctor soon.
I hope your querry is answered.
Best wishes for your daughter
