What Causes Heavy Bloating In Stomach, Blood In Stool?

Sir, Good morning, I am 25 years and suffering from heavy bloating in stomach and upper gas. Now and then stool is noticed as mixed with blood for the last two months. The SGPT level is 107 IU/lt and SGOT is 48 IU/ Lt. How to get relived from this problem

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about 25 years old person having heavy bloating and gas, stool is mixed with blood for the last 2 months, SGPT is 107 and SGOT is 48, wants to know how to get relieved.
Liver functions are definitely deranged.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen particularly for hepato-biliary system, there can be hepatitis, gallstones.
Tests of stool and blood.
If required Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen to get the clear picture and diagnosis so that a p[roper management can help you.
