Hallow Dear,

Your history is highly suggestive of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I am surprised to note that your all hormonal levels are within normal limits. Please get them repeated with an addition of AMH estimation.

Palm sized blood clots is quite a heavy bleeding. One gram of clot is formed by 3 ml of blood. You cannot go on ignoring it by sitting at home. As it is you have become quite anaemic. Anaemia increases the bleeding. Please report to Gynaecologist again and get admitted in a health facility if needed. Start Iron preparations with high protein diet.

You have to continue with regular Progestational pills to bring the bleeding in control. Along with, Tranexamic acid will help to control the bleeding. Please take these medicines only with the advice of a Gynaecologist. You may need curettage of the uterine cavity to stop the bleeding. The curetted endometrium should be subjected to the histopathology study to rule out any endometrial pathologies like cancer.

I hope this helps you.
