Hello,

When you eat something high in calories do consider your digestive symptoms as they may present as heavy heart feeling in which case you can take medicine like antacid and then check how much the symptoms improve, also you can get your blood pressure checked and one time at least ECG also to be on the safe side.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,

Dr. Maryum
